VISMOUNT — SHIPPING INFORMATION
At Vismount, we offer free shipping on every order, Australia-wide. No minimum spend. No fine print.
Order Processing Times
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed to our shipping carrier and is in transit to you. During peak periods and public holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are calculated from the date your order is dispatched to the carrier.

Please note that during peak periods and public holidays, carriers may experience delays outside of our control. If you are in a regional or remote area, delivery times may be longer than estimated.
Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details
It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Incomplete or inaccurate details may result in processing delays or order cancellation.
If our team detects an issue with your shipping address, we will email you to verify your details within 3 business days of your order being placed. If we do not receive a response within that time, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, email us at matthew@vismount.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We'll do our best to make the change, but we cannot guarantee amendments after this window.
Delayed Delivery
We get it — you need your gear and you need it on time. We dispatch every order as quickly as possible, but delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including courier disruptions, severe weather, or address verification issues.
If your order is delayed, we'll keep you updated and do everything we can to resolve it quickly. Vismount is not liable for delivery delays caused by external factors, and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. If you have a concern about your order, contact us at matthew@vismount.com and we'll follow it up straight away.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been handed to our courier partner, it is in their care. If your package is lost or stolen, contact us at matthew@vismount.com and we'll do everything we can to help.
We recommend also contacting the courier directly to file a claim — most carriers have a formal process for lost or stolen packages. We'll follow up with the courier on your behalf and provide updates where we can.
Vismount is not responsible for packages lost or stolen during transit. However, depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement. If a package cannot be located, we recommend filing a report with your local police.
Changes to This Policy
Vismount reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the most current version before placing an order. Continued use of Vismount products constitutes acceptance of this policy, including any updates.
