VISMOUNT — REFUND & RETURN POLICY
At Vismount, we're committed to keeping tradies on the tools for longer. We stand behind ShiftGuard™ and we back that with a genuine money back guarantee. We recommend wearing it on site for a minimum of 14 days before considering a return — most customers notice the difference within the first week, but we want you to give it a proper run.
If you're not satisfied after 14 days and within our 30-day guarantee window, contact us at matthew@vismount.com. You do not need to return the product — keep it.
Cancellation Policy
Any changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your order will have entered processing and we may not be able to accommodate the request. If you cancel within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

We're confident ShiftGuard™ works. That's why we back it with a no-return guarantee. If you've worn it on site for at least 14 days and you're still not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. You keep the product. No sending anything back. No hassle.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged Items
We pack every order carefully. An item is considered damaged if it has a manufacturing defect or is physically broken on arrival. Packaging damage that occurs during shipping — dented boxes, scuffed packaging — where the product itself is in good condition is not considered damage.
If your item arrives damaged, let us know within 72 hours of delivery. Email matthew@vismount.com with a clear photo of the damage and we'll assess eligibility for a replacement at no cost to you. We do not refund or replace items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping & Delivery
We do everything we can to get ShiftGuard™ to you quickly. That said, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors outside our control. If you experience a delivery issue, contact the courier directly in the first instance.
It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing your order, we are unable to offer a resend or refund.
Vismount reserves the right to update this policy at any time. It is the customer's responsibility to review the most current version before purchasing. Continued use of Vismount products constitutes acceptance of this policy.
